- LOW SUCTION: The most common troubleshooting advice is for low suction. Check to make sure your cups and pump are assembled properly, and all connections and attachments are firmly secure. Click Here to Review the Proper Funnel, Barrier And Valve Base Assembly Order.
- MATERIALS: Milk contacting components not made with BPA, DEHP or natural rubber latex.
- RETURNS: Breast pumps and accessories are personal use items and are not returnable or refundable once opened or used. Refunds for unopened/unused products may be made within 30 days of the purchase date with prior authorization (required). Returns not authorized in advance may incur additional handling fees. Returned merchandise is subject to a fee up to 30% of the purchase price and charges will be confirmed at the time of authorization. Returned merchandise must be returned in merchantable condition or will not be accepted/refunded.
