Standard Return Policy

Breast pumps and accessories are personal use items and are not returnable or refundable once opened or used. Refunds for unopened/unused products may be made within 30 days of the purchase date with prior authorisation (required). Returns not authorised in advance may incur additional handling fees. Returned merchandise is subject to a fee up to 30% of the purchase price and charges will be confirmed at the time of authorisation. Returned merchandise must be returned in merchantable condition or will not be accepted/refunded.
However, if the product itself is defective or damaged on arrival, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the full purchase price (shipping costs are not refundable, and if your order with free shipping, we will not refund the postage cost that used for your order’s delivery).
Please note that returns are not allowed for the purpose of getting a future promotional deal, and ONLY regular priced items may be returned and refunded. Unfortunately, all sale items (including any order with discount code applied order) cannot be refunded.
All items must be in original condition with all the additional components and must be shipped in the original packaging. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for any return postage.
Once your return item(s) is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 business days.
Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or PayPal, There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
*Please note that if you have purchased from local retail shops or other online shops, you will need to first contact the retail vendor from which you purchased for all exchange and return inquiries. Unfortunately, we are not able to start that process until you have reached out directly to them.*
As an online shop, we do not offer typical product exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product in its original condition, please follow the return procedures outlined above and place a new order for your preferred item(s). You can do this at your convenience—place an order now so it ships asap, or you can wait until after we've processed your refund.
